Out of Pocket Costs

One of the things I wanted to know when I was considering building was how much of the out-of-pocket, not contracted costs I’d incur. I’ll keep on this page a running tally of the costs that are additional. Many I did plan for, but I wanted to give a view of what doesn’t come from the bank loan.
